MY REVIEW
I was so excited to read this book. The two previous books in this series have been fantastic and filled with delightful surprises. I think I like best that these are based in history which adds a depth and a connection unparalleled. This story like the others in the series have two timelines that add to the intrigue with each timeline supplying just enough information at a time to get my mind going and add dimension to the story.
I found the chemistry between the characters delightful and the faith exhibited by this characters refreshing. It was something that was embedded into the characters that added richness instead of an afterthought intended to fit into a trope. It was faith building even as I was pulled into this well developed story with surprising twists.
This story was an ideal combination of suspense, mystery, romance, and faith. I was delighted with the story and look forward to more from this author.
